A prominent figure in the Hispanic community because of her contributions to promoting multilingualism and multiculturalism in Canada. As Editor-in-Chief of Kiddo Magazine, a bilingual children’s magazine, Ms Wesso promotes and enhances the knowledge of the Spanish language and dissemination of the Latin American culture to new generations of Spanish-speaking Canadians through this magazine. An architect, Interior designer, graphic designer, and passionate business and cultural visionary, Ms Wesso is an inspiration who motivates fellow immigrants to integrate as a means to succeed in their new life in Canada.

Ms Wesso was selected as one of the “Top 25 Immigrants to Canada” by the Canadian Immigrant Magazine in 2011 for her exceptional talents, her distinguished services to the community and her efforts to educate the new generation of Latin-Canadians in both languages.
